Description

The LKV385 HDMI to VGA converter takes an HDMI input from any HDMI equipped source and converts the signal into a VGA output and stereo sound for use by a VGA monitor or VGA projector.

The HDMI equipped source can be a satellite receiver, a Blu Ray player, a PC, a streaming device such as the Apple TV, indeed any source with an HDMI output.

The sound is output via a 3.5mm stereo jack ready for connection to an external amplifier, while the video is output to a standard 15 pin VGA connector.

The LKV385 HDMI to VGA converter is constructed using a sturdy metal case finished in black. The unit comes complete with a UK 3 pin power supply.

Please note that VGA is an analogue signal whereas HDMI is a digital signal, so the only way to connect equipment with these connections is by using an electronic converter such as this one. There are no cables that can perform the same task.
