Description

The EZ-RJ45 Crimp Tool is a high quality tool which cuts and crimps in one easy action. The tool will crimp RJ45 CAT5 or CAT6 connectors, trimming the inner conductors and crimping the connector at the same time in one simple ratchet action.

The EZ system allows inner conductors to be kept at a workable length throughout the preparation stage, making preparation quick and easy. Furthermore, cable sequence can be checked before crimping resulting in faster, easier, consistent results with less waste, saving both time and materials.

The EZ RJ45 Crimp Tool is precision made for quick and easy results every time. The straight action ensures a uniform, accurate crimp every cycle.

The all steel frame is finished in a rust resistant black oxide and includes a built-in wire cutter and stripper.

The EZ RJ45 System

The EZ RJ45 system simplifies twisted pair terminations by allowing the wires to be inserted all the way through the ez connector and out the front. This allows the technician to easily verify the proper wiring order prior to crimping, saving time and reducing waste.

Electrical performance of the termination is optimized by pulling the ez rj45 connector down over the cable jacket and seating it tightly in the rear of the connector. Reducing the distance between the wire twists and contacts improves the performance of the EZ RJ45 connectors.

Applications

The EZ-RJ45 Crimp Tool uses the EZRJ45 patented 'crimp & trim' system and will handle most types of CAT5 and CAT6 cable.

Can be used with shielded or unshielded EZ RJ45CAT5e and EZ RJ45 CAT6 connectors, and will also crimp RJ11 and RJ12 connectors.
