Optical Cable Plug to Plug 1m

A high quality cable from the Blue 4u Series with soild metal plugs and 24c Gold-plated contacts. this cable is designed for use in home cinema applications to carry multi-channel audio between DVD, Blu-Ray players, Sky HD receivers etc. to AV receivers. This type of cable (sometimes referred to as Toslink cable) is the only way of obtaining multi-channel 5.1 sound from a Sky HD box as the HDMI output from these boxes carries stereo sound only.
